Our 3-Step Booking Process from Start to Finish
STEP ONE:
- Complete our Bridal Booking Inquiry Form here. Once completed, the second step is to schedule a free 30-minute telephone consultation with us by clicking here. During the telephone consultation, we will go over all the details of the wedding, from big to small, including pricing and what your desired looks will be. This is your first opportunity to ask as many questions as you desire and it will also allow us the chance to get to know one another!
STEP TWO:
- Once the telephone consultation is finished, we can schedule your Bridal Preview Appointment (trial). Brides usually schedule this within 2 weeks after the telephone consultation based on availability. During the appointment, we can rehearse up to two looks. Allow up to 2.5 to 3.5 hours for a hair and/or makeup preview appointment. Want to add members of your bridal party? Everyone is welcomed to have a trial should they desire!
STEP THREE:
- Within 24 hours after your Bridal Preview Appointment, we will email you a draft copy of the Bridal Services Agreement, along with an estimate for your review. You will have 72 hours after the Bridal Preview Appointment to secure services with a non-refundable 40% retainer and signed agreement or your date will be forfeited. All payments can be made via an electronic invoice which we will send using Square. You will have up to 14 days from the wedding day to handle all balances owed via the electronic invoice. You may make payments toward the invoice, if desired.
